Shipping Info

 

We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing, as each item is handmade with care. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (via USPS or UPS)
  • Shipping Upgrades: Available at checkout (based on location + weight)

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier, but we’re happy to assist with tracking if needed.

 


Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candles, body products, or crystal items. If a scent isn’t quite your style, we invite you to gift it to someone who may benefit from the energy and intention it 

 

Note: Each crystal is a one-of-a-kind creation of the earth. Variations in color, size, and shape are completely natural and to be expected.

 

If your item arrives damaged or you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us at andrea@theurbancrystal.com within 15 days of receiving your package. We’ll be happy to offer store credit or a replacement when possible.

 

Please note:

  • All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We are currently unable to provide return labels or packaging, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All products are made in small batches, availability is limited.
