We currently ship within the U.S.

Every order is handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your piece ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timing is up to the carrier. If something looks off with tracking, reach out and we'll help however we can.

Returns & exchanges

Because each piece is handmade in small batches, we don't accept returns or exchanges on candles, body products, or crystal items.

Every crystal is one of a kind. Natural variation in color, size, and shape is part of the material — not a flaw.

If your order arrives damaged, or something feels wrong, email andrea@theurbancrystal.com within 15 days of delivery. We'll offer store credit or a replacement wherever we can.

• We're not able to provide prepaid return labels at this time — return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

• All products are made in small batches. Once it's gone, it's gone.
